Opening TImes & Menus Available for Christmas Parties:
Thursday 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th: Evening Dinner (Menu A, B or C)
Friday 4th, 11th, 18th: Evening Dinner (Menu B or C)
Saturday 5th, 12th, 19th: Evening Dinner (Menu C ONLY)
Sunday 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th: Lunchtime (Normal Sunday Lunch menu)
 
Private hire of Little Mere is available on the above dates as well as other times/days (minimum number of guests = 14) with an extra room hire charge.  Please contact Nikki Robson for a specific quotation.

Whether you are thinking of a meal for 4-40 guests, Little Mere is the ideal choice for something rather special.  We are offering three Menus on the run up to Christmas.
We are happy to reduce the price per head for two course menu and/or a menu without coffee & petit fours. 

MENU A:    
Dinner = £21.50 per head  (pre-order required)
A very simple menu with a limited choice, but very reasonably priced. 
Menu A is not available Saturday nights or Sunday lunchtimes.

Has many of the dishes taken from the A la Carte menu (Menu C), but includes a good discount. 
Menu B is not available on Saturday nights or Sunday lunctimes.

This is our regular A la Carte menu, which gives your group the widest selection, but doesn't restrict on price per head.  This menu is not available on Sunday Lunchtimes.  This menu includes canapes at the start of the meal.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • All Menus include VAT @ 15%
  • Please telephone us first to check availability, then you will need to confirm in writing with a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person. (You can print off the form below and complete as written confirmation).
  • We will require the groups menu choice seven days in advance.
  • All members of one group are to order from the same menu.
  • An initial £10.00 deposit is required when making your booking.  Should anyone subsequently cancel, the deposit will be kept.  Meals cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for in full.
  • Please contact us should you wish to alter one of the menus in any way or if you have anyone with special dietary requirements (e.g. substitute one of the dishes or add a vegetarian alternative).
  • We are able to make a reduction in price for fewer courses or for children, please contact us for a specific quote.
  • Please note a service charge of 10% will be added to all bookings of over 7 people, otherwise service is entirely decretionary.
